Jarn is built with a privacy-first philosophy. We believe your thoughts and conversations should remain private.
We do not store, log, or persist your chat messages or history on our servers. Furthermore, we do not use your conversations to train our models or any third-party models. Once your session ends or you refresh the page, the conversation is gone.
We collect only the bare minimum information required to manage your subscription and provide our service. This includes your email address for account management and payment processing information handled securely by Stripe.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe has its own privacy policy which governs the use of your payment information. We do not have access to your full credit card details.
